Growing up, we had always been an avid fan of the hide and seek game long before the age of technology dawned on us. There is an unexplainable feeling of plotting your winning strategy from thinking of the best spots to hide to turning yourself into something as small as possible to avoid being caught.
We all had a few laughs from playing the game, and it definitely became a significant part of us. While this is easily one of the best parts of our childhood, it is quite understandable that times have changed, and we are more inclined to technology than ever. Or so we thought.
This Twitter user had recently shared an epic game of the classic hide and seek, but her playmate wasn’t any of her childhood friends nor any kid for that matter. It happened to be her pet dog, Skye! The duo has always formed a tight bond, and they have this weird routine just before they go to bed every night.
Ayla and Skype always enjoyed playing hide and seek before turning in for the night. One of their many games was captured on video and shared on Twitter where it quickly spread like wildfire and reached a whopping 4.17 million views nearly three weeks after it was posted!
In the short clip, Ayla can be seen running after the adorable husky who quickly escaped outside the room and out of view. Shortly after, Ayla returns to the room and hides near the bed. Skye then came rushing to the room a few moments later and was a bit confused as to where his owner had gone.
The pooch went inside a different room, and Ayla remained standing still. When Skye didn’t find Ayla in the first room, he then tried outside and went out of view again. A few seconds later, he came back and finally decided to look near the bed where Ayla instantly jumped at him and ran after the canine again.
